Paternity Testing Corporation strives to provide the highest level of customer service in the United States. This begins with the care taken to schedule your appointments at convenient places and times and continues all of the way through supporting your attorney or case manager through using your DNA paternity test results for legal purposes. We are open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. central time, Monday through Friday. We are open and have people available at hours that are convenient to you. With the exception of a weekly one-hour staff meeting, during business hours our telephones are answered by our staff, and not by machines providing menus to choose from. Someone is able to help you right away.

Our staff cares a great deal about your individual situation. They will be happy to speak to you at length, and to provide guidance on your specific facts.

One thing you will notice while talking to paternity laboratories is that often the person who answers the telephone does not know very much except how to set up a DNA paternity test and take your money, and it is difficult to get to talk to someone who has more information. At Paternity Testing Corporation our Client Service Representatives receive extensive training regarding all aspects of the DNA paternity testing services that Paternity Testing Corporation provides. The individuals you speak to will be well informed and helpful. If you have particular questions that exceed their knowledge, they will be happy to refer you to another staff person with that particular expertise, or find the answers and call you back.

We are happy to answer questions about DNA paternity testing both before and after you obtain your test. If you have questions about the paternity test you receive from us, we will be happy to spend time with you to discuss all aspects of your DNA paternity test results. If you have had a paternity test performed elsewhere and are not satisfied with the answers you have received from that facility, we are willing to discuss that DNA paternity test with you as well.

You will find our staff extremely helpful. No question is too trivial or too complicated for us to spend the time with you to explain the answer.

We also complete your DNA paternity test quickly. Normally your paternity test will be ready to send out three business days after the day we receive your DNA specimens. DNA specimens collected in the U.S. are shipped to us for receipt the next business day following the day they are picked up from the DNA specimen collection site. For example, if your DNA specimens are collected early on a Monday, we receive them on Tuesday, and the DNA paternity test would normally be ready to send out by the end of business on Friday.
